Role overview

We are seeking a skilled Technical Product Analyst to drive the integration work between our platform, hyperscaler marketplaces, partners, and internal systems. The ideal candidate will excel at analyzing APIs, gathering requirements, and translating them into product features.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze business and customer requirements
• Interpret and analyze API documentation from cloud service providers and partners
• Develop feature specifications based on API capabilities
• Collaborate with engineers to implement integrations with AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, and other cloud marketplaces
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure offerings
• Research and stay informed about cloud marketplace trends and best practices
• Help design and oversee integrations between the company's CRM, billing systems, and core product platform
• Collaborate with the Technical Writer to produce clear, concise documentation for various stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners
• Analyze system performance and propose optimizations
• Effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical team members
• Present findings and recommendations to various stakeholders, including leadership.

Requirements

• Strong technical skills with the ability to interpret and build features based on API documentation
• Familiarity with Cloud Service Providers such as AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure
• Ideally, familiarity with Cloud Marketplaces
• Experience in gathering business and customer requirements and translating them into product features
• Ability to analyze external APIs and develop product requirements in collaboration with the product manager
• Strong communication skills to effectively document and convey technical and business requirements
• Problem-solving and analytical skills: Ability to troubleshoot integration issues and optimize performance
• Proficiency with technical documentation: Experience in writing clear and concise technical documentation for various stakeholders
• Collaboration skills: Proven ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, product, and business teams
• Agile methodology experience: Familiarity with Agile development practices and tools, contributing to iterative product development.
